Mrs. Drashna Kotecha is the Director of Rainbow International School Uganda and a community leader with over 20 years of service. She has been a compassionate force in Uganda's community development space. She has led multiple community organisations and currently chairs Children Reachout Uganda. She is the Founder of the Jivtiba Foundation, supporting persons with disabilities and vulnerable families through education, nutrition, and clean-water initiatives. Through the Midland Group and Jivitiba foundation, she and her family continue to champion impactful CSR projects across Uganda-East Africa
